Deployment patterns, mount options and scanner choices are covered in the warehouse deployment guide; module and interface changes are handled through the hardware customization route.
The 5-inch industrial handheld PDA can be built with a UHF RFID module alongside NFC for ISO 14443A cards at a 1 to 3 cm read range, and it keeps 2D barcode scanning. That combination covers pallet and shelf reads as well as item-level barcode capture in one device. Confirm the tag population and read distance you need before the build is specified.
The XH-200 uses a removable 5,100 mAh Li-polymer pack, so a spare battery keeps a multi-shift operation running without a charging break. The 5-inch handheld carries a built-in 4,000 mAh pack. Both are rated for roughly eight hours of active use.
The XH-200 is offered with Honeywell or Zebra 2D scan engines, and the 5-inch PDA supports 2D barcode capture as well. Engine choice affects decode performance on damaged or low-contrast codes, so tell us what your labels look like and we will specify the module to match.
MOQ is 2 units, a sample takes about 3 days and mass production runs about 25 days. Where a configuration needs new tooling or a new mainboard, the schedule for that programme is stated in your written quotation.
