Programme design notes: voter registration deployments, bank card issuance and biometric tablets and fingerprint terminals. Module integration across Idemia, Suprema, Integrated Biometrics and HID Global is covered in world-class fingerprint modules now available. Sensor standards are explained in FAP, FBI and ISO fingerprint standards.
Fingerprint capture is offered as capacitive and optical modules across the range, and the standards a programme has to meet are confirmed against the sensor before the build is fixed. Our article on FAP, FBI and ISO fingerprint standards sets out what each certification means for a deployment.
Yes. The XH-400 can be built with an ID card reader, and the dual-screen terminal accepts a second and third generation social security card reader as an option. Card reader support depends on the scheme and the country, so send us the card type and we will confirm the module.
Android on RK3568 quad-core is the default, with RK3576 and RK3588 octa-core as options. HarmonyOS on RK3576 and a domestic configuration on RK3588 with Kylin are also available, which matters for public sector tenders that specify a domestic platform.
MOQ is 2 units, a sample takes about 3 days and mass production runs about 25 days. Registration programmes usually also need certification for the destination market, so the compliance scope is agreed before tooling starts — see certification support.
