Where the XH-200 fits

Warehousing and picking: 5.99 inches is enough to show a full pick list without scrolling, and the removable battery means a two-shift operation never waits for a charge cycle.

Retail floors and stock counts: NFC handles contactless cards and loyalty passes at 1–3 cm, while the optional 2D imager reads shelf labels, QR payment codes and damaged printed barcodes.

Delivery and field rounds: full-band LTE plus Beidou/GPS/GLONASS keeps drivers connected and every scan stamped with a location.

Cold-chain and industrial sites: the unit keeps working down to −20 °C and shrugs off a 150 cm drop onto concrete while powered on.

OEM / ODM, factory direct

Scan engine choice, NFC configuration, memory tier, colour, boot logo and pre-installed apps are all decided before the line starts. LTE bands can be matched to your target market on production orders, and packaging, labels and documentation can follow your own brand.

Ordering information

MOQ is 2 units, a sample is built in about 3 days and mass production runs about 25 days. Figures move when the XH-200 leaves its standard build — scan engine, UHF RFID sled or hand strap — and those are quoted in writing first.

MOQ2 units. One out on the delivery round and one on the bench for scanner and RFID configuration work.
SampleSample build and shipment take about 3 days, then the unit is checked against the acceptance criteria agreed with you — scan engine or RFID sled included — before mass production starts.
Lead timeAbout 25 days from sample approval to shipment for the configuration and quantity on your order. Scanner or UHF RFID verification for your region is written into the schedule before the first sample is built.
SDK and documentationAPI and SDK support for the modules fitted to your build — scan engine, UHF RFID or NFC — plus the agreed specification sheet. EPC output and scan behaviour are confirmed before the order is placed.
CertificationThe Android 12 build carries GMS certification, and the UHF RFID module is supplied to the regional frequency plan you nominate instead of a default band, and the UHF RFID module is supplied to the regional frequency plan you nominate. Approvals your market adds are agreed before production.
PackagingRetail box contents and carton dimensions are in the specification above; pallet quantities and incoterms are agreed with the order. Straps, holsters and spare packs are packed per driver or per depot if you give us the list.

Frequently asked questions

Which barcode scan engines can be built into the XH-200?
Three factory options: Honeywell HS7, Zebra SE4710 and NLS-CM60. All are 2D imagers with 5 mil optical resolution and read PDF417, MicroPDF417, Data Matrix, QR Code, Micro QR, Aztec, MaxiCode and Han Xin, including inverse variants.
Is the battery user-replaceable?
Yes. The 3.7 V / 5100 mAh Li-polymer pack is removable, so a shift can swap a fresh battery instead of parking the device on a charger. Expect roughly 8 hours of active use and more than 300 hours on standby.
Does the XH-200 have an IP sealing rating?
The standard datasheet specifies a 150 cm drop test while powered on, −20 °C to +55 °C operation and 95 % non-condensing humidity. Ingress protection depends on the sealing configuration — tell us your site conditions and we will quote the matching build.
Will it work on European and Asian LTE networks?
The standard radio covers LTE B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B38/B39/B40/B41 with WCDMA 1/2/5/8 and GSM 2/3/5/8, which covers most European, Asian and African carriers. Bands can be adjusted for other markets on production orders.
