Ordering information
MOQ is 2 units, a sample is built in about 3 days and mass production runs about 25 days. Figures move when the XH-500 leaves its standard build — radio band set, battery size or mounting kit — and those are quoted in writing first.
| MOQ | 2 units. One for the field trial and one for MDM enrolment testing, so the fleet rollout does not pause between steps. |
| Sample | A sample is built and shipped in about 3 days, then the unit is checked against the acceptance criteria agreed with you — radio bands and battery behaviour included — before mass production starts. |
| Lead time | About 25 days from sample approval to shipment for the configuration and quantity on your order. Radio band and battery verification for the target market is written into the schedule before the first sample is built. |
| SDK and documentation | API and SDK support for the modules fitted to your build — GNSS, 2D imager or UHF RFID — plus the agreed specification sheet. NMEA or EPC output formats are confirmed before the order is placed. |
| Certification | The Android 12 build ships with GMS certification, and the Android 13 option is certified on request. Radio approvals for your target bands — CE, UKCA, FCC or local type approval — are agreed before production so the test plan fits the schedule. |
| Packaging | Retail box contents and carton dimensions are in the specification above; pallet quantities and incoterms are agreed with the order. Charging cradles and spare packs ship with the units or as a separate line. |
