What the enquiry form collects
The form on the contact page asks for your name, company, email address, country or region, the product area you are interested in, and your project details. Name, email and project details are required; company and country are optional. There is also an optional checkbox for receiving occasional product and specification updates — it is unchecked by default, so you receive updates only if you actively tick it.
How the form is transmitted and who processes it
When you send the form, the submission is relayed through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which forwards it to our sales mailbox, [email protected]. FormSubmit acts as a delivery relay for the message content. Beyond that relay and our own mailbox, we do not pass your details to any third party, and we do not sell, rent or trade them.
How we use the data
- To answer your enquiry — replying with questions, a recommended configuration and a quotation.
- To prepare a sample or production order once a project is agreed with you.
- To send occasional product and specification updates, but only if you ticked the subscription box.
If you ask us to quote in writing, your project details stay in the email thread used for that quotation. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not profile you.
Anonymous site statistics
This site uses Google Analytics to record anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are viewed and from which country. These measurements are aggregated and do not identify you. You can block them with any standard browser setting or extension without affecting your ability to use this site or send an enquiry.
How long we keep data
Enquiry correspondence is kept in our sales mailbox so the thread is available if you return with a follow-up question, a sample request or a repeat order. There is no set expiry; the practical retention is the life of the business relationship plus the period we need to answer follow-ups. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
Your choices and how to exercise them
- Access or correction: email [email protected] and we will tell you what correspondence we hold and correct anything wrong.
- Deletion: email the same address and we will delete your enquiry correspondence.
- Unsubscribe: reply to any update email with "unsubscribe" and you will receive no further updates. Your enquiry replies are not affected.
- No subscription by default: if you never tick the box, you never receive updates.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as ID numbers or payment details through this website, and you should not include them in the form. Device configuration questions can be answered without them.
Changes to this policy
If the form, the relay service or our use of data changes, this page will be updated and the date below will change with it.
