Where the XH-300 fits
Field inspection and maintenance: the 1920 × 1200 panel shows a full checklist or schematic without scrolling, and the 10,000 mAh pack covers a working day away from a socket.
Identity counters and registration desks: optional ID card reading plus face verification turns the tablet into a single-counter enrolment station, and both modules run offline so rural sites are not blocked by network quality.
Warehouse and production supervision: add the NLS-N1 2D imager for bin labels and part numbers, and three assignable keys give operators one-handed shortcuts for the actions they repeat most.
Digital signage and kiosks: with dual speakers, Type-C OTG and a TF slot up to 128 GB, it also works as a fixed information or self-service terminal.

Ordering information
MOQ is 2 units, a sample is built in about 3 days and mass production runs about 25 days. Figures move when the XH-300 leaves its standard build — identity module, memory tier or boot logo — and any change is quoted in writing before you commit.
| MOQ | 2 units. Typically one configured as the counter unit and one kept as the firmware reference while your integration is built. |
| Sample | About 3 days from build to dispatch for a sample, which is then checked against the acceptance criteria agreed with you — including the identity or scan module fitted — before mass production starts. |
| Lead time | About 25 days from sample approval to shipment for the configuration and quantity on your order. Module-specific verification — identity or scan module, plus any certification your market requires — is scheduled before the first sample is built. |
| SDK and documentation | API and SDK support for the modules fitted to your build — ID card reader, face verification or 2D imager — plus the agreed specification sheet. Output formats are confirmed before the order is placed. |
| Certification | The Android 12 build carries GMS certification. Where the second-generation resident ID card reader is fitted, its decoder module is Ministry of Public Security certified. Any certification your market adds is agreed before production so the test plan fits the schedule. |
| Packaging | Retail box contents and carton dimensions are in the specification above; pallet quantities and incoterms are agreed with the order. Module samples and printed quick-start cards can be packed per destination. |
