POS Terminal Series

XH-600 4G Smart POS Terminal

An Android 15 handheld POS terminal with a 58 mm thermal printer built into the same body as the card readers, so a payment and its receipt come out of one unit. Magnetic stripe, contact IC and contactless NFC are all standard, the fingerprint reader is optional, and the certification list covers PCI PTS 5.x, EMV L1/L2, Paywave, Paypass and PBOC 3.0.

Built-in high-speed 58 mm thermal printer — no separate printer or dock.
Magnetic stripe on tracks 1, 2 and 3 with bi-directional swiping.
Contact IC cards at 5.0 V, 3.0 V or 1.8 V, plus contactless ISO/IEC 14443 Type A and B with Mifare1.
Android 15.0 with 4 GB RAM and 32 GB eMMC, 4G / 3G / 2G, hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS and AGPS.

Where the XH-600 fits

Chain supermarkets and convenience stores: one unit takes the card and prints the receipt, so a lane does not need a terminal, a printer and the cabling between them. The 5.5-inch screen and 202.4 mm body sit in a hand through a full shift.

Restaurants and bakeries: table-side payment and a printed receipt from the same device, with 4G keeping the terminal connected when the venue WiFi is saturated.

Delivery and mobile collection: 4G / 3G / 2G with hotspot plus built-in GPS and AGPS, so the terminal works away from a fixed counter and the transaction carries its location.

Queue-busting and seasonal lanes: dual SIM and dual SAM slots let the terminal carry the acquirer configuration and a fallback, which keeps a temporary lane running when one path is unavailable.

Flows that need cardholder verification: add the optional 500 DPI fingerprint module where the payment requires more than a PIN, or use the touchscreen for signature capture where it does not.

OEM / ODM, factory direct

Printer configuration, fingerprint module, memory tier, housing colour, boot logo, pre-installed applications and packaging are all decided before the line starts. We can also match charger plugs and the certification package to your destination market. For a step-by-step walk-through of each decision, see our XH-600 buying guide.

Fingerprint module selection

Fingerprint capture is optional on the XH-600. Confirm the selected sensor profile, active area, SDK output formats and any certification your payment flow requires. Our FAP 10, FAP 20 and FAP 30 guide explains the single-finger capture profiles and the questions to check before ordering. For counter-side issuance, see bank card issuance with a biometric terminal.

Ordering information

MOQ is 2 units, a sample is built in about 3 days and mass production runs about 25 days. Figures move when the terminal leaves its standard build — fingerprint module, battery tier or a changed certification package — and those are quoted in writing before you order.

MOQ2 units. Enough to put one on a live lane and keep one for integration testing — the two installations that usually need checking first.
SampleSample build and dispatch take about 3 days, after which the terminal is checked against the acceptance criteria agreed with you — card paths, printer and fingerprint module included — before mass production starts.
Lead timeAbout 25 days from sample approval to shipment for the configuration and quantity on your order. The written schedule issued before the first sample is built covers certification work where your market needs it.
SDK and documentationAPI and SDK support for the card paths, printer, scanner and fingerprint module fitted to your build, plus the agreed specification sheet. Integration formats for your payment application are confirmed before the order is placed.
CertificationThe standard build is listed against PCI PTS 5.x, EMV Contact L1 and L2, EMV Contactless L1, Paywave, Paypass, PBOC 3.0 L1 and L2, QUICS and the UnionPay approvals, plus 3C, FCC and CE. Market-specific approvals are agreed before production so the test plan fits the schedule.
PackagingStandard accessories are listed in the specification above; carton quantities and incoterms are agreed with the order. Charging bases and protective cases are packed to match the deployment plan.

Frequently asked questions

Does the XH-600 print receipts without a separate printer?
Yes. A high-speed 58 mm thermal printer is built into the body and shares the same 2,800 mAh 7.4 V battery as the rest of the terminal, so the receipt is printed from the unit the operator is already holding. A 3,600 mAh pack is available where a shift runs long enough to need it.
Which card types does it accept?
Magnetic stripe on tracks 1, 2 and 3 with bi-directional swiping, contact IC cards at 5.0 V, 3.0 V or 1.8 V, and contactless NFC covering ISO/IEC 14443 Type A and B plus Mifare1. The IC and contactless paths are built to EMV and PBOC, and a card reading indicator confirms a successful read.
Is the fingerprint reader included?
It is optional. The module captures at 500 DPI over a 15.24 x 20.32 mm active area and is listed against STQC and FBI single-finger profiles FAP10, FAP20 and FAP30. Specify it where the payment flow requires cardholder verification beyond a PIN; the terminal also supports signature capture on the touchscreen.
Can it run our own payment application?
The XH-600 runs Android 15.0, so your application drives the card paths, the printer and the scanner directly through the SDK. Encryption for the PIN pad covers DES, 3DES, RSA, SHA-256 and AES. Agree the API surface and output formats before the order is placed.
